Team Lead – Industrial Process Management (NPI)

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the IPM team, driving collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage industrialization activities from design transfer through production ramp-up and launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness, including process validation, resource planning, tooling, and documentation.
• Deliver product launches on time, within quality and cost targets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks, and escalations.
• Track project progress and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, industrialization, or project management.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
