To strengthen our operations, we are looking for an experienced Production Manager who will play a key role in ensuring excellence in manufacturing.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
- Ensure the reliable, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of our precision products
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles (e.g. 5S, Toyota Production System) to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Plan and coordinate production processes, workforce deployment, and machine utilization
- Monitor and improve productivity, cost efficiency, and investment planning
- Ensure optimal use of materials and production resources
- Collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, and other departments to achieve shared goals
- Lead and implement production and optimization projects
- Report directly to senior management and contribute to strategic decisions
Your Profile
- Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Proven experience in technically demanding manufacturing environments, ideally within small to medium-sized companies
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing methods
- Solid SAP and MS Office skills
- Languages: Italian (native level), English (business fluent); German is an advantage
