FAULHABER has been producing and distributing drive solutions in Switzerland for more than 60 years.
In June 2023, the subsidiaries in Switzerland merged into a single company under the new name Faulhaber SA.
The headquarters are located in Croglio, Ticino, where Faulhaber initially founded its first Swiss location in 1962.
The site in Croglio, located close to the Italian border, is covering an area of around 6600 m² and employs around 350 people who develop and produce a broad spectrum of motor, gearhead and linear drive technology that form part of the extensive range of FAULHABER products.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Core focus: Responsibility for Gearheads portfolio and surrounding system integration.
Further specific Brusless-/ DC motor portfolio could be considered as well. - Create and implement market launches of new product offerings
- Sustain market and sales development on existing products
- Support sales team in market and application segment products
- Report and analyze market trends and the success of previously launched products
- Manage and maintain existing product families during the entire product lifecycle
- Create and maintain new product and product improvement specifications
- Define and propose new product strategy (roadmap) based on market requirements analysis (involving also sales input)
- Support marketing and sales in creation of product documentation, presentations, promotions, and trainings
- Collaboration on the Maintenance and improvement of the Company Quality System
- Technical study background in Mechanical Engineering also incl. dual studies (Master) with business curriculum
- More than 5 years’ experience in Gearheads Product Development as a R&D Engineer, or in Application Engineering in contact with Sales & Marketing department
- Ideally >3 years of product management background
- Languages: fluent English, Good German and Italian skills
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Enthusiasm, curiosity and strong interest for technology
- Good analytical skills, problem solver, detail oriented
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work both in a team and autonomy
- Proactive self-starter mindset
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and tasks
