YOUR MISSION:
- Providing technical and commercial customer advice and support for the FAULHABER drive solutions
- Supporting projects in close coordination with the Area Sales Manager and the Engineering teams in the plants
- Expanding the business and ensuring a successful customer experience together with our Nordic team
Your tasks:
- Supporting existing customers and acquiring new customers in the Nordic countries
- Analysis of customer requirements, consulting, and development of sophisticated drive systems in the office in close coordination with the Area Sales Manager
- Preparation of technical specifications, clarification of feasibility with the technical departments in the international FAULHABER offices
- Processing technical and commercial offers for our customers and monitoring order processing
- Tracking important orders and projects as well as recording and commercially processing complaints
- Handling customer claims together with our service department
- Representing FAULHABER on technical tradeshows
Your profile:
- Degree in mechanical, mechatronic engineering or electronics
- Several years of professional experience in technical sales
- Customer oriented attitude
- Good Danish and English skills, Swedish or Norwegian would be an advantage
- Enjoy learning and be open to new technologies and processes
- Willing to go the extra mile for the customer
- Strong communication skills
