What we are expecting from you:
- Leading the Industrial Engineering teams in our manufacturing location (20 colleagues, in several groups)
- Coordination of professional groups
- Liaising and cooperating with partner areas
- Resource management
- Priority project management
- Active cooperation with the location engineering manager and the other IE teams of the company group
What is important for us:
- College or university degree
- Experience in industrial engineering
- Leadership experience
- Fluent English language skills
