FAULHABER will expand the Scandinavian sales organisation out of its office near Copenhagen DK and is looking for 2 new teammembers.
OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
- Technical and commercial consulting for FAULHABER drive solutions
- Full responsibility for the assigned regional market in parts of Norway, Sweden and/or Finland
- Expanding the business and ensuring customer satisfaction
YOUR TASKS:
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
- Acquiring new customers and prospecting
- Analyzing customer needs, advising and developing customer-specific solutions
- Creating technical specifications, clarifying feasibility with the technical departments
- Commercial and technical preparation of offers, supported by customer service and technical office staff
- Regular technical training and product presentations to customers or at trade fairs
- Coordination and cooperation with the various production and sales companies within the international FAULHABER Group
- Reporting to the regional sales manager for Scandinavia
YOUR PROFILE:
- Deep knowledge of mechatronics, mechanics, precision mechanics or mechanical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in sales of drive, precision or microsystem technology products
- Very good communication in the local language, as well as in English
- Prepared to travel frequently within the assigned region/countries in Scandinavia
- Committed, team-oriented and reliable personality
- Strong negotiating and persuasive skills
- Relationship builder, result and customer orientation, as well as organizational talent
- Knowledge of MS Office, SAP/R3 (SD) and CRM desirable
