Your Mission

As Area Sales Manager, you will help provide technical and commercial consulting on FAULHABER drive solutions to our customers. You will grow our business, ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and take full responsibility for the assigned regional markets covering parts of Norway, Sweden and Finland. You will work from your home office and ideally live in the Greater Stockholm area.

Your tasks:

  • Customer Engagement: Maintain and expand existing customer relationships, always going the extra mile.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Solution Development: Analyze customer needs, advise on the best solutions and develop tailored, customer-specific offers.
  • Technical Excellence: Prepare technical specifications proposals and coordinate feasibility assessments with our technical teams.
  • Offer Preparation: Lead the commercial and technical preparation of offers, supported by our customer service and technical offices.
  • Training & Presentations: Conduct regular technical trainings and deliver product presentations at customer meetings and trade fairs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various production and sales units within the international FAULHABER Group.
  • Reporting: Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager for the Nordic region.

Your profile:

  • Technical Expertise: You have an engineering background. Preferably experience with deep understanding of mechatronics, automation mechanics, precision mechanics, or roboticsmechanical engineering.
  • Sales Experience: Min. 5 years of successful experience selling in the high tech industry, drive, precision or microsystem technology products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communicator in both Swedish and English.
  • Travel Ready: Prepared and enthusiastic about frequent travel within the Nordic region.
  • Personal Attributes: Committed, team-oriented, and reliable with strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Relationship & Results Focus: Proven ability to build relationships, drive results, and manage organizational challenges.
  • Technical IT Proficiency: Familiar with MS Office; experience with SAP/R3 (SD) and CRM systems is a plus.
